2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify your organization administrator of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Permitted use
You may use FleetSaathi only for lawful fleet, driver, vehicle, route, trip, notification, and safety-management purposes authorized by your organization. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
4. Customer data
Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of information entered into FleetSaathi. This may include driver, vehicle, trip, location, device, and event information. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Service availability
We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify features to protect users, improve the service, or comply with legal requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Intellectual property
FleetSaathi, its interface, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform or its content.

To the extent permitted by law, FleetSaathi is provided on an “as available” basis. It supports operational decision-making but does not replace professional judgment, safe-driving practices, or compliance with applicable transport and workplace-safety laws.
